CXM CMX is a unique hospitality training program targeted at young adults entering the service industry. CXM CMX uses comics, "Service Hero" characters and activities to communicate and teach basic service skills and behaviors.

The concepts in the curriculum are extremely universal and beneficial to all types of entry-level service workers. People who have one or two years of experience, and have not participated in formalized service training will also benefit from this training.


The participants are taught seven basic skills and behaviors used to develop unique and memorable service solutions. Solution X (for eXperience) is as variable as each customer.

Participants will learn how to become Service Heroes; to develop new skills or refine existing skills; and to enhance their capabilities to deliver consistently memorable and transformative service experiences using:

  • Service Attitudes
  • Face-to-Face Communication
  • Telephone Communication
  • Written (paper and electronic) Communication
  • Teamwork
  • Knowledge
  • Problem Resolution
